Supply List

There have been inquiries about our usual supply lists sent home to parents. Although we are not formally soliciting any supplies from parents this year, teachers always appreciate having the following list of supplies in their classrooms. Please understand that this is NOT mandatory, but done so on a voluntary basis. Thank you!

Kindergarten

Families,
The following is a list of things your child will use during the school year in kindergarten. The suggestions made here will work best for your child; extra items will only be a distraction.

  • 1 heavy duty binder (large enough to carry a school provided planner)
  • 1 plastic, (2 pocket) 3 ring folder
  • Dry erase marker
  • Box of tissues
  • Clorox wipes
  • Crayons (8 count is perfect, please do not send more than 24 count)
  • 1 child-safety pair of scissors
  • 5-6 glue sticks (please get Elmer’s, off-brands don’t stick and end up causing frustrated children)
  • Pencil box
  • One highlighter
  • #2 pencils (Ticonderoga is the brand that lasts the longest) (no mechanical or plastic wrapped pencils)
  • Set of personal headphones or earbuds stored in a container

*****Over the course of the year, we may ask for additional supplies… we often run out of pencils and glue sticks.*******

Thanks for your support!
The Kindergarten Team
